Summary of last night’s Bucks game

I didn’t get to see last night’s Bucks-Raptors game, but I did reconstruct it using the transcript and the game flow chart from Popcornmachine.net.  Here are the raw Marginal Win Score numbers:

……………………….Win Score………Opp Win Score…………Raw MWS

1. Ridnour  ……………..13.0………………… 3.5……………………..+9.5

2. K Thomas…………….4.5…………………(-1.5)…………………….+6.0

3. Moute…………………2.5…………………..1.0………………………+1.5

4. Bogut…………………12.5………………….12.0…………………….+0.5

5. Ilyasova………………1.5……………………1.0……………………..+0.5

6. Delfino………………..1.0……………………1.5…………………….. (-0.5)

7. Jennings……………..0.0……………………4.5……………………..(-4.5)

8. Bell…………………….0.0……………………9.5………………………(-9.5)

9. Stackhouse……..(-1.0)…………………..9.5……………………(-10.5)

Meeks could have done that

I thought Jerry Stackhouse might solve the Bucks problems at SG, but last night he got brutalized.  Looking at my flow chart, Stack’s worst periods were right when he came into the game and the four minute stretch in the middle of the fourth quarter when Toronto basically turned the game in their favor.

In the first instance he was matched against Marco Bellinelli.  In the second, Jarrett Jack.  Those two stints produced all five of Stackhouse’s turnovers and none of Stackhouse’s points.

Ridnour Unconscious in the Fourth

Luke Ridnour attempted to win the game for the Bucks by himself, it appears.  The little guard who could went 6 for 8 in the fourth quarter, including 3 for 5 from downtown.  He produced 18 points all by himself, while using only 7 possessions.  Unbelievable scoring.  Unfortunately, the game got away from the Bucks in that quarter because the rest of the team produced only 5 points in the other 18 possessions while allowing Toronto to turn their 26 possessions into 31 points.

I will be updating the Bucks Win Chart in the next half hour.

Who has better numbers Jennings or Stephen Curry?

    Hey Blake,

I just looked at Dave Berri’s Original Win Score midseason wins produced posting, and maybe I’m not right.

He has Jennings way below Curry. When 82games finally updates, I’ll check it.
