When will Skiles get his due?

Two years from this date, Milwaukee Bucks basketball was at one of the lowest points in franchise history.  Today the team is a solid playoff caliber squad, and there is talk they might advance past the first round.  Who deserves the credit for the Bucks magnificent turnaround in fortune?

Some would argue the General Manager John Hammond deserves the credit.  He certainly deserves some.  But in this corner of BucksNation there is a firm belief that the bulk of the credit belongs to one of the best basketball coaches on the planet, Scott Skiles.

Consider this.  Two seasons ago the Bucks were 21st in the NBA in offensive efficiency.  Today they are 23rd.  Two seasons ago the Bucks were 30th, dead last, in defensive efficiency.  Today they are 3rd 5th.  The improvement has been all defensive.  That was what Skiles brought to the table when they hired him.

The question is, when will he get his due?
