Hardwood Paroxysm proves my theory

Outstanding post on Hardwood Paroxysm proves my long standing theory that weight or girth is perhaps the most important element in rebounding, even more so than height or standing reach.  A lot of basketball commenters assume one needs to be able to “get above the rim” to be a good rebounder.  Not so.  Most rebounds are retrieved at head level.
